Introduction

This page sets out the terms and conditions on which tickets are sold and choral workshop registrations are made for The Shaldon Festival events through this website.  Please read them carefully before placing an order.  You should understand that, by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, save that nothing in this agreement can remove any statutory rights.


Refund policy of The Shaldon Festival

  1. Tickets may be returned or on-line ticket purchases or choral workshop registrations cancelled, by written notice (NOT by email) to the Secretary, The Shaldon Festival at the address given above before 1st June of the year of the Festival in question.  The notice must be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope; refunds of the price paid will be made by cheque only.  Cancellation of on-line purchases or on-line choral workshop registrations must quote the Order Reference number provided in The Shaldon Festival email Order Confirmation and the WorldPay’s transaction ID provided in the WorldPay Transaction Confirmation.
  2. If the Shaldon Festival event, for which tickets have been purchased or for which a registration has been made, is cancelled, the purchase price or registration fee paid will be refunded; cheques only will be sent by ordinary post to the person recorded by The Shaldon Festival as making the purchase or registration, at the address given at the time of purchase or registration.
  3. The Shaldon Festival will have no liability to make refunds in circumstances other than those specified above.
