CAR PARKING FOR FESTIVAL CONCERTS Car parking will be available at 3 places shown on the map on the left:1. King George V (Shoreside) Public Carpark, opposite the church - 48 spaces "pay & display" (subject to a short stay 4 hour limit) during the day but free after 6.00pm. 2. KGV Playing Field - limited space reached from Ringmore Road adjoining the recreation ground; if using this area please park "tidily" to maximise the usable space; this area is only available for parking as a special arrangement for the Festival. 3. Ness Public Carpark, Half a mile from the church reached through the village or off the coast road to Torquay - 381 longstay spaces "pay & display" during the day but free after 6.00pm. PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES We have identified a very few parking spaces close to the church which we can reserve for those for whom the possibility of having to park at the Ness Public Carpark would cause great difficulty. To enquire about these spaces, please telephone Leon Winston at 01626 872308 at least one week before the Festival so that we can make the necessary arrangements and send you details by post or e-mail. The spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please also telephone Leon Winston if you need help with letting someone alight at the church and/or need seating space for a wheelchair. |
