This page sets out the terms and conditions on which tickets are sold and choral workshop registrations are made for The Shaldon Festival events through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. You should understand that, by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, save that nothing in this agreement can remove any statutory rights.
Refund policy of The Shaldon Festival
- Please read our booking information. The events conform with Step 3 of the government’s ‘roadmap’ announced on 22 February, but if regulations change and events are cancelled, full refunds will be given to all ticket buyers.
. The Shaldon Festival will have no liability to make refunds in circumstances other than those specified above.
- If the Shaldon Festival event, for which tickets have been purchased or for which a registration has been made, is cancelled, the purchase price or registration fee paid will be refunded; cheques only will be sent by ordinary post to the person recorded by The Shaldon Festival as making the purchase or registration, at the address given at the time of purchase or registration.
